A Syracuse native, Cristian Kaigler utilized black people from the Syracuse community in his collection of images to tell a story of the importance of knowledge and unity. As the series progresses, the number of subjects increases, which is indicative of the importance of strength in numbers.


COLLECTIVE DISPLAY: 5 YEAR ANNIVERSARY SHOWCASE

The 5 Year Anniversary Showcase marks the fifth year of the Collective Display exhibition's running. The showcase includes diverse artwork from four young artists from Syracuse, NY. Known around the country for their artistry and photography, they brought their talents back to Syracuse for the special exhibition.
